Description
‘Irene Paterson’ is a particularly attractive evergreen shrub that combines beautifully variegated foliage with richly coloured, fragrant flowers. The small, rounded leaves are marked in green, cream and soft pink tones, while the deep purple, sweetly scented flowers create a striking display. Compact, bushy and easy to grow, it makes an excellent choice for hedging, screening or as a specimen shrub. Well suited to sheltered coastal gardens and tolerant of salt-laden air, it thrives in full sun or partial shade and well-drained soil.
