Description
A slow-growing, compact evergreen shrub with glossy green leaves that are flushed bronze when young, and in cold winter weather. Spikes of pale violet flowers fading to white are produced throughout the summer.
A useful, easy-going shrub for adding year-round structure, ‘High Voltage’ works particularly well in mixed borders, informal hedging and containers. It is also well suited to coastal gardens and exposed locations, provided the soil is reasonably well drained.
