Description
Osteospermum ‘Lady Leitrim’ is a superb long-flowering evergreen perennial, producing masses of attractive white, daisy-like flowers with distinctive purple-blue centres. The flowers appear from spring through to autumn, creating a bright and cheerful display above neat, spreading green foliage.
An excellent choice for coastal gardens, ‘Lady Leitrim’ thrives in full sun and well-drained soil and is particularly well suited to windy seaside conditions and salt-laden air. Ideal for coastal borders, rockeries, gravel gardens, banks and containers, it provides reliable colour where tougher planting is required. The flowers are also attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.
