Description
A tough, compact evergreen shrub with attractive dark green leaves edged and splashed with bright golden yellow. The foliage often develops attractive pinkish-red tones during colder weather, providing extra winter interest.
Its dense, spreading habit makes it an excellent choice for low hedging, ground cover, borders and planting beneath taller shrubs. It can also climb walls and fences with support. Hardy and adaptable, ‘Emerald ’n’ Gold’ is particularly well suited to exposed and coastal gardens, tolerating wind and salt-laden air once established.
