Description
A striking, architectural perennial that brings bold structure and long-lasting interest to sunny borders. Large, softly hairy, heart-shaped green leaves form a handsome clump, while tall upright stems carry distinctive whorls of soft yellow flowers in summer. Drought tolerant once established and highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. A superb choice for coastal and wildlife-friendly gardens, with attractive seedheads that provide winter structure.
