Description
A popular, long-flowering perennial forming a broad, spreading mound of aromatic grey-green foliage. From late spring through summer, it produces masses of deep violet-blue flowers on upright stems, creating a superb display while providing an excellent source of nectar for bees and other pollinating insects. Tough, easy to grow and drought tolerant once established, it thrives in full sun and well-drained soil and is particularly well suited to coastal gardens. Ideal for borders, gravel gardens and informal planting.
