Description
A distinctive, low-growing ground cover with finely divided, almost fern-like foliage in striking bronze-black shades. Leptinella squalida ‘Platt’s Black’ spreads steadily to form a dense, mat-forming carpet, making it excellent for edging paths, filling gaps between paving stones and softening the front of borders. Small button-like flowers appear in summer. A useful, easy-going plant for coastal gardens, particularly in moist but well-drained soil
