Description
An elegant, unusual gladiolus with nodding, deep ruby-red flowers, often darkly marked, on slender stems from midsummer. Ideal for borders, cottage and naturalistic planting, it is also excellent for cutting and attracts pollinators.
Plant in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil in a sheltered position. In colder or wetter areas, mulch well or lift the corms for winter storage.
