Description
One of the finest ornamental grasses, with elegant upright habit and long-lasting feathery flower plumes. From early summer, slender green flower spikes emerge, maturing to soft golden-bronze and remaining attractive well into winter, adding height, movement, and year-round structure to the garden.
Thriving in full sun or partial shade, this hardy ornamental grass prefers moist, well-drained soil and reaches a mature height of around 1.5–1.8 metres. Ideal for mixed borders, prairie-style planting, contemporary gardens, cottage gardens, and coastal gardens, its narrow, vertical form makes it perfect for adding architectural interest without taking up excessive space.
