Description
Evergreen or semi evergreen shrub with silvery-grey foliage and distinctive whorls of golden-yellow flowers. In summer, tiers of hooded blooms encircle the upright stems, creating a bold and highly attractive display that draws bees and other pollinators. Drought tolerant once established, it is an excellent choice for sunny borders, gravel gardens and Mediterranean-style planting. Well suited to sheltered coastal gardens and tolerant of salt-laden air.
