Description
A tough and dependable evergreen shrub, particularly well suited to coastal gardens. It has attractive olive-green, glossy leaves and a dense, bushy habit, making it an excellent choice for exposed sites where it tolerates strong winds and salt-laden air. In summer, it produces small, rather insignificant but pleasantly fragrant white flowers among the foliage. An excellent coastal plant for hedging, screening, shelter belts or as a hardy specimen shrub.
