superb hardy geranium, forming a generous mound of deeply divided green foliage topped with masses of large, vivid violet-blue flowers. Blooming from early summer into autumn, the saucer-shaped flowers create a spectacular display and attract bees and other pollinating insects. Its spreading habit makes it ideal for filling borders, cottage gardens and mixed planting schemes. It is easy to grow, reliable and particularly effective when allowed to spill gently over the edges of borders or grow through neighbouring plants.
