Description
A striking evergreen perennial with an architectural, upright habit. It produces tall stems clothed in narrow, blue-green leaves, topped in spring and early summer with large, rounded heads of lime-green flowers. The unusual flower heads provide excellent structure and contrast in borders and gravel gardens.
A superb choice for sunny, dry and coastal gardens, it thrives in well-drained soil and is particularly tolerant of drought once established. Its evergreen foliage provides year-round interest, while the tall flower stems add height and drama to mixed planting.
