Description
A charming, low-growing perennial with a long flowering season and excellent tolerance of coastal conditions. It forms neat cushions of attractive grey-green foliage, above which masses of daisy-like flowers appear from late spring through summer. The soft lavender-pink petals surround bright yellow centres, creating a cheerful display that is particularly effective in sunny borders.
A superb plant for coastal and seaside gardens, ‘Sea Breeze’ thrives in free-draining soil and is tolerant of wind, salt spray and dry conditions once established. Its compact habit makes it ideal for edging paths, planting between paving, gravel gardens and containers. Regular deadheading will encourage further flowering.
